Assistant Pastor

Are you a passionate, ministry-minded couple ready to step into a vibrant, growing church community?  New Life Assembly Church in Lima, Ohio, is actively seeking an Assistant Pastor with a heart for serving and a vision for growth.

We’re looking for a young couple who feels called to work together in ministry!  Someone who would be excited to contribute to our contemporary worship team and children’s & youth program.

This bi-vocational role begins part-time with the potential for full-time ministry as the church grows.  It’s a perfect opportunity for someone eager to grow their preaching, teaching, and leadership skills in a supportive environment that values creativity, worship, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in and help lead contemporary worship
2. Lead and grow our Children’s and Youth Ministries
3. Engage with families and help build lasting relationships
4. Assist with Sunday services and midweek teachings

Ideal Candidates:

1. Musically gifted or experienced in leading worship
2. Ministry-minded couple with a love for young people
3. Eager to grow in pastoral leadership and teaching
4. Passionate about community outreach and modern worship
