Lead Pastor

**Position Overview:**

Lakeside Christian Church seeks a passionate and dedicated Lead Pastor to join our vibrant community. This role is pivotal in guiding our church in fulfilling its mission and upholding its values. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Christian teachings and a commitment to servant leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Preach Sunday Services:** Deliver engaging and biblically sound sermons that inspire and challenge the congregation.

– **Leadership:** Provide guidance and support to church staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and encouraging environment.

– **Servant Leadership Team Management:** Oversee and empower the Servant Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure effective ministry and outreach efforts.

– **Communication:** Articulate the church’s purpose and goals to the congregation, ensuring alignment with Lakeside Christian Church’s values.

– **Service Oversight:** Ensure all services adhere to biblical teachings and church guidelines, creating a worship experience that honors God and edifies the community.

– **Additional Duties:** Fulfill any other responsibilities outlined by the SLT to support the church’s mission.

**Qualifications:**

– A strong understanding of and commitment to the values of Lakeside Christian Church.

– Excellent communication and leadership skills.

– Experience in pastoral ministry, with a focus on preaching and teaching.

– Ability to foster collaboration and unity within the church community.

– A heart for serving others and a passion for outreach and ministry.
