NextGen Pastor, Associate Pastor role

The NextGen Pastor (Associate Pastor for Spiritual Formation of Children, Youth and Families) at Eastside Church is a dynamic and engaging role responsible for overseeing and leading the Children and Student ministries, covering age ranges from newborns to 12th grade. This position focuses on cultivating environments that prioritize spiritual formation and discipleship. This Associate Pastor role promotes spiritual formation in children, youth, volunteers, and families. By training and managing volunteer leaders, planning impactful events, fostering connections with families, and facilitating parental involvement, the Associate Pastor plays a crucial role in the spiritual formation and community life of the church.
